Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Palmer Ventures LLC, a limited liability company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, trading as Ventures Consulting. The same company operates Season Manager, a separate product with its own privacy policy.

In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Palmer Ventures LLC. “This site” means ventures.consulting.

Information you send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name, your website if you provide one, your description of the workflow you want help with, whether you are interested in voice or chat AI, the tools you currently use if you list them, and your preferred contact method. All of it is optional in the sense that you choose whether to send it — we only ask for what we need to answer you usefully.

Scheduling information. Booking a call uses an embedded Cal.com scheduler. The details you enter there — typically your name, email, and chosen time — are handled by Cal.com and passed to us so we can meet you.

AI demo conversations. This site includes a conversational AI demo powered by ElevenLabs. If you start a conversation with it, your audio and the resulting transcript are processed by ElevenLabs to generate a response. The demo is for general questions about automation. Please do not share confidential, financial, medical, legal, or sensitive business information with it.

Standard server logs. Like any website, ours records ordinary technical request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. Contact form submissions are also written to our application logs so that a request is never silently lost if email delivery fails.

A theme preference stored in your browser. If you switch between light and dark mode, we save that choice in your browser’s local storage under the key vc-theme. It never leaves your device and is not used to identify or track you.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party profiling scripts. That is why you are not seeing a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in the contact form, and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.

Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected by Season Manager are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and no phone numbers are collected on this site at all.

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare for and hold a conversation about your business, and deliver the work if you engage us. That is the whole list.

We do not use the contents of your enquiry to train AI models, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to responding to you.

We share information only with the service providers that make this site work, and only to the extent they need it:

• Our website hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps standard request logs.
• Our email provider, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Cal.com, if you book a call through the embedded scheduler.
• ElevenLabs, if you use the AI voice or chat demo.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Otherwise, it stays with us.

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, and for as long afterwards as we need to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out.

If you would like us to delete what we hold about you, ask and we will, except where we are required to retain it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond. You do not need to give a reason.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We will honor those rights whether or not they apply to us by default.

This site is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry information is limited to the people who need it — in practice, the founder. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential, financial, medical, or legal information through the contact form or the AI demo. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will arrange a secure route.

This site is aimed at business owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Season Manager serves youth sports teams, but its text messages and accounts are for adults — the parents, guardians, and volunteer managers who opt in. See the Season Manager Privacy Policy for how that product handles family and player information.

If we change how we handle information — a new embed, a new provider, anything material — we will update this page and move the effective date at the top. Substantive changes are not applied retroactively to information we already hold.
