Ventures Consulting is founder-led by an engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience building software, modernizing business-critical systems, and leading technical teams in a highly regulated financial services environment.
The practice was created to bring that same delivery discipline, accountability, and hands-on AI automation expertise to small and midsized businesses — without the overhead or complexity of a large consulting firm.
Credentials include the IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certification, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and ongoing MBA studies with a concentration in artificial intelligence.
